Review summary

Fun time with my sister. We always love the food on NCL. We were in the Haven, so it was a very grand experience.

Just OK. We were in The Haven and I thought it could have been better. Didn't feel very welcome or like it was a VIP experience. Very nice, however, getting to go to the separate Haven area.

I thought the staff was just OK in The Haven. Actually, no one was that nice in the Haven. Most of the staff outside of the Haven was nicer. Housekeeping was marginal.

Great location with a wonderful big balcony. We were in the back of the boat. Lots of walking and a bit of a hike to get to The Haven. Great for me and my sister. However, if you are not a walking, I would get a cabin inside The Haven. Also, room was very nice with a separate bedroom and one and a half baths.

Ship tip

Lots of walking. I thought the ship would feel huge, but it doesn't and they accommodate everyone very well.

Terrible. I think I would stay on the ship next time or just shop inside the gated port. Shore excursion was interesting and we got to see Rose Hall, but the tour was poor.
