Will definitely cruise with Norwegian again. Staff was wonderful, ship was beautiful and clean. Food was outstanding and drinks were top notch and not low end rail.
Embarkation

It went along smoothly for the most part.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The food was wonderful, dining rooms atmosphere were very pleasing and staff very friendly.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Spice H20 had fun entertainment nightly. Pool though small, still able to put feet in water to cool off. Fun games and trivia in activity area. There were so many other things that we didn't get time or even noticed were on the ship! Could use another week to find everything on ship.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Only able to fit in Comedy show and Howling at the moon. Both were good.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Out of all the staff, there were only 2 that stuck out that were not smiley or seem happy to assist. Otherwise the staff was awesome!
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship seemed very clean and staff was right there to pick up any empty drink glasses and any dishes in dining.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Sterwart kept room made up daily and nightly. Rooms a little small, but I guess that is normal for cruise ships.
Ship tip
Take note that you are charged tax on drinks while in Miami port. It is not much but it was a surprise noticing several small charges on first day.
Was not as pleased with this port. You are on an island owned by Norwegian and not really in Belize. You would have to take a half hr boat ride to actually go to Belize. This per seemed more of an extra money maker for Norwegian as nothing is included and prices seemed higher.
This was somewhat smooth. Did not take too long. We were off first as we took our own luggage. We had family pick us up because our flight wasn't till late afternoon.
We tipped extra here and there. Some people wouldn't accept a tip. For instance, at the better restaurants, you could write a tip in on the receipt. For Taste and Savor, which were beautiful experiences, they would not accept a tip.
Tipping was a topic of conversation at our home last night..... there is the mandatory tip that they add to your cruise bill of almost $200..... do you still tip extra?
I should add....make sure to say thank you and smile everytime the staff assists you as they are hard working and really do want to make your trip everything you want it to be. Don't be afraid to tip them either!
