Enjoyed experience. Overall very positive. Did wish there were more daily events like trivia rather than jewelry ,watch,events. Felt a little pressured to participate in pre buying next cruises.

NCL went above and beyond to accommodate our party. We had 2 w/c need people and they insured each one picked up, brought through customs, then brought directly to room. Although one downside is there is no onboard picture location and we missed picture. Entrance is different from able bodied passengers.

Specialty restaurants were phenomenal. Even buffets well managed and only criticism would be that each meal was repetitive. Food was good variety good as well

Everyone in my party looking forward to "white night" it occurred too late on second to last night at 11 pm. Casino too smoky. No specific designated smoking areas enforced. People were smoking everywhere. Not enjoyable.

Above and beyond accommodating.any request completed in 10 minutes. Salon counter girls were witnessed being rude to another passenger in front of surrounding passengers. Dr.ong was amazing.

Had to spend a day in the on ship hospital. Staff were amazing and they are a full hospital capable of x-rays,labs,I.V infusion antibiotic therapy nebulizer oxygen use. And dr. Isaac was amazing
Trying to organize w/c disembarkation very disorganized, once you get to designated area staff were great. Once in customs area we were brought to wrong line, waited close to 1 hour to get through and spoke to 3 different people and got 3 different stories as to why wait is occurring.
