Embarkation was amazing. The ship was docked in Miami for 3 days because of Hurricane Irma and so cabins were ready immediately.

I think the food on Royal Carribean is much better. Norwegian food is just alright.
Buffet food was good and never had to wait to be seated at dinner.
Beverage package was great.

The pools on The newer ships are too small for 4000 plus guests.

Dueling pianos amazing
New cruise ships are leaning towards plays rather than nightly shows in the large theater. Very interesting

For the most part the staff were amazing. However our cabin steward did not speak or understand English well. This posed a problem just to request tissues etc.

The cabin was comfortable and large enough for 2 people. We normally book ocean view but balcony and ocean view was the same rate.
