Horrible Horrible Service! Food wasn't even good! Spent 3 ours in a dining room just to complete our dinner Every night! Taste and Savor was the most worst place to eat on the ship.
The Manhattan room had a very nasty waiter, i tried to get his name but he disappeared from our table.

The staff for the water slides are the most nastiest people to be working on a cruise ship, they were very rude to my children and myself.
The staff for the obstacles course kept telling my son to go change his shirt, nothing was wrong with it?!

Where do i begin, the room steward did nothing for us that was helpful, we waited 1 1/2 for an iron, when i called him to bring us one he tells me he has no responsibility for the irons. So when i called guest service and ask them with in 5 mins our room steward showed up at my door and blaintly tells me i got him in trouble. Did he not say he's not responsible for the iron. Maybe if he had brought it the first time I called him he wouldn't have gotten in trouble.
The waiters in taste & savor are the most slowest workers i ever dealt with on a ship,
We spent 3 hrs totally from start to finish for dinner.

The Mini suite was a joke, its just a balcony with a double sink bathroom. Theres no way 4 people can fit in there. We had no room for our clothing and it felt crowded.
The balcony itself was also tiny. Overall this ship was not all i thought it would have been. Big disappointment!

It's almost the same as the Getaway but even bigger. I know without a doubt I will have just as much fun on this cruise September 23rd. Although I'm sure I could have fun on any ship.
So much to do on this fun ship that I didn't get to do it all the first trip! Going again in Sept. to do the things I missed the first time! Glad Jordan isn't cruising Norwegian again since his family doesn't like fun! Lol
This sounds like some one who you never want to go on vacation with ANYWHERE. I can't believe he couldn't find anything fun on the Escape. I haven't sailed this ship yet but will be in 58 days and I know that my family will have lots of fun onboard.
This review is just as inane has his reviews of Costa Maya & Harvest Caye... seems like he either didn't take a cruise at all, or he was forced to take a trip he didn't want to and stamped his feet throughout...
