You can call or use the chat to hear directly from NCL, but from what I was told yes you get special tags for disembarkation. You get in a shorter line to get on but not positive if it allows for boarding early or anytime you want. You also get free breakfast room service each day. If you can carry your own bags off and don’t want room service the $180 may not really pay for itself though…
