You have to be careful with Haven upgrades because they tell you up front that many Haven upgrades are not included in the Haven bid. If you booked the spa package through NCL, you should be able to get a refund, but you may want to call to cancel. As I mentioned in a previous post, sometimes you won’t be told until after the ship has embarked by as much as 5 hours. (We learned this the hard way). Some of the packages are not refundable once the ship is under way. As I also mentioned before, bidding is just not as good a deal as they make it sound. Ships are probably not going to automatically refund you, especially if you have won an upgrade.

You will definitely be refunded for the spa if you are upgraded to Haven spa suite, but you’ll have to ask for the refund. You get ALL Haven perks if upgraded to Haven, except any fee at sea promotions you didn’t already have with your previous cabin.
