I asked our room steward for one when our cabin was ready. She brought us one. You might call and put in a request for one.

I found one on Amazon that actually collapses down to fit in your purse. it extends midway or fully upright like a regular fan. price wasn't bad either. my fiance is the same way..needs a fan to sleep.
