Check-in generally opens up between 10 and 11 am. As you get closer to your sailing, you'll get a notification to select a check-in time. By all means board as early as possible, have lunch, get your safety requirements out of the way, make your reservations for shows and dining, etc. Then just relax. Rooms become available starting at 2ish.
