Has anyone received a price adjustment after already booking? My price alert is showing a price drop however my TA won't honor it. Has anyone experienced that?

I just got a reduction on my next cruise on the Escape! This is just one of the many reasons I never use a TA. NCL gave me the credit no questions asked!

If it is after the time that it has to be paid in full NCL does not honor it.

Are you paid in full? I have had this happen in the past, both when I was & wasn't paid in full. When I was, my T/A gave me additional on board credit. When I wasn't, she adjusted accordingly.

If you are paid in full, you should receive an on board credit. I too am an agent and we can’t honor the reduction if it is after full payment, but we can get the reduction in an on board credit.

if you haven't made final payment yet, than you should get credit. or do your own bookings....why pay a TA when you can get just as well

don't use TA, do your own bookings. as long as final payment isn't complete, you will get current pricing
