Children 12 and under can order from the children’s menu in specialty restaurants at no extra charge. Standard kids’ fare. Burgers, pasta, pizza, etc.

unfortunately no, if you want them to go you would have to pay.

The NCL app has a chat line that works very well. They are able to answer all your questions and then you know the answer comes directly from them.
