I do not recall a time limit from my last NCL cruise, but if you do try to get 2 transactions say within 5 minutes, they may question you, unless you drink them in front of the bartender.

There is no time limit, but if you try to get more right away from the same bar, they probably won't let you because they know you are obviously trying to get someone else drinks for free!
