As long as it’s a supervised PCR or antigen test taken within 3 days of your cruise date from a non-US port, and you’re provided with a digital or printed copy of all the info and results, it should be ok, according to their sail safe page. If you turn up without this they were testing at the pier but charging for it. Some countries/ports have their own requirements that supersede the 3 days and needed a test within the last 24 hours, NCL were administering this additional test free of charge at the pier. Athens was definitely requiring this a few weeks ago, Spain and Italy were the standard 3 days. Keep checking the cruise travel requirements by country on their website for any changes though.

There is no reason they wouldn’t, but the testing timeframe for some countries prior to boarding is 24 hours. I don’t know if there are Walgreens in Europe.
