Yes and No.If you choose drink option then YES. When I signed up for cruise my package gave me 3 offers. I choose free wifi 250 mins, alcoholic beverage ($99) per day I think, and specialty dining.NO, it just doesn't come with cruise. Great thing is you choose what's best for your family. We cruised for 7 days and didn't spend $1.00 on drinks. Well alcohol drinks.
