You can call NCL and ask them. I believe the 7 you are currently seeing are tours that never change. Typically the Cruiselines solidify additional excursions closer to your departure date. By January, you should see more. I would recommend booking as soon as they become available since they do fill quickly.

my cruise is in April, and there is very little info on excursions and post cruise information
