Garden Café on Norwegian Escape

Always helpful staff and food was always fresh and good. Watermelon and other fruit was the best. Thanks for all the hard work from the staff.

Food was tasty. Breakfast was the same all week ..no eggs Benedict or hash browns as before. Milk and chocolate milk served by pitcher as opposed to the small cartons as before. Soft serve now served by staff instead of self serve

Delicious time we went

Due to the itinerary the only times we were ever in a rush to eat a quick meal was the night we had show reservations at 7 and disembark morning, so those were the only two times we ate at the buffet. Huge buffet that seems to go on forever but the size of the buffet isn’t really indicative of the selection available. Same items repeat several times throughout, so while you’ll find stuff to eat don’t expect to be overwhelmed with choice. Food was fine but nothing special as you’d expect from a buffet. Food is most likely to be cold by the time you peruse the whole buffet and find a seat. Room layout is weird with floor to ceiling walls with lattices separating the buffet from the seating. Makes the room seem confined and almost feels like you’re eating in a big jail cell.

Always busy but never had a long wait for anything, food was very good. Service was great and always was able to get a window seat.

First few nights is the best time to eat here. Breakfast is really good. Avoid any lunch meals, not worth the time wasted and better food at other places.

Great staff and selection. Like any buffet, it’s just a toss up if the food is good, warm, and fresh. Unfortunately it was good on most days, but also lacking every time in something we ate. But still a nice place to start every morning and stop by when hungry.
