We all had a wonderful time .. there were a few glitches, but after the disapointment of missing Great Stirrup Cay, we had a great cruise. Lotsa food, drink, relaxation, great entertainment, and that beautiful Caribbean water, a really good family vacation .. until the disembarkment. hahaha!!
Embarkation

Getting on the ship wasn't too bad ... we were guided to the elevator because we had strollers ... but we didn't leave port until around 11:30 at night because a medical emergency onboard.

Food and Dining

Didn't do the MDR's, but did the buffet, la Cucina, O'Sheehans, , Cagneys, Teppanyaki and Moderno. Loved the hot dogs & wings at the pub. Moderno & Teppanyaki were the best.
Onboard Activities

We had the thermal suite pass - excellent relaxation … well worth the price. We did a lot of trivia, took a painting class, visited the pools, little ones enjoyed the kiddy pool.
Entertainment

My 6-yr old granddaughter loved Splash Academy, she didn't want to leave. She told us the first time there, that we spoiled her fun when we picked her up. :)

No complaints. Everyone was pleasant and attentive.
Ship Quality

The ship was very clean, just BIG. It would have been nice to have a central elevator/staircase and I did miss the more open atrium style of other ships
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was comfortable. This was my second time on the ship, so the bathroom setup was not a surprise. I actually found having the sink a stand-a-lone quite handy, not having to go into a tiny bathroom to use it.
Because of the GSC cancellation yesterday, we rented a cabana at Discovery Beach (a private beach). Wonderful day - included drinks and lunch. You had the beautiful sand, the turquoise water, and a nice big pool. I highly recommend this excursion If you didn't rent a cabana, there were plenty of large palapas with loungers. Excellent day!!
Most of us did 'The Joy of Chocolate'. It was a lot of fun. We made our own chocolate bar by grinding our own cacao beans and were given a delicious chocolate drink, homemade mole and chips plus an excellent chocolate marguerita .. alcohol free ones for non-drinkers and the young ones.
This was kind of a nightmare because of the new facial recognition. We were lined up over half the length of the ship & zigzagged through a restaurant before even hitting the exit door. It became so backlogged that they shut down the aft elevators. We were called at 9:50 and didn't leave the ship until almost noon. I had to call and rebook my airport shuttle, they were very understanding
