I've had better experiences of Carnival and Royal Carribean. Probably never use Norwegian Cruise Lines again. Very disappointing

Bed not comfortable. Did not like the set up - lack of privacy.

Ship tip

Too many people. Ship too large. Long lines everywhere. Horrible disembarkment experience. 2 hours to get off ship with carrying out own luggage.

I am Going on the Epic in May 19. I just returned from a cruise with RC on Symphony Of the Seas, There were over 6,000 people on board. Embarkment was less than 20 minutes. Disembarked, I collected my luggage and was in my Uber ride in less than 20 minutes. RC also uses face recognition. Before I took the cruise With RC I read how fast the embarkment and disembarkation was. And I was amazed how efficient the entire process was. I am not looking forward to waiting in line for hours just to get on and off the Epic. Hope I have a different experience🤞🏼

I don’t understand why people bash the Epic. When I book I read all reviews. I knew going on this ship it was going to be a large crowd .. there’s going to be long lines with 4100 passengers.. We had a blast first week of March.. Sorry you didn’t enjoy.. Maybe try one of Norwegian smaller ships.. We tried the sun and really enjoyed it..
