It was easy once you figured out which line to stand in. I think there’s room for improvement here. The lines need to be defined with signs and/or more staff needs to be present to direct people on where to go. There was a line to drop your luggage off and a line to enter. Otherwise the rest of the process was easygoing.

The restaurants (including the specialty) were great! The staff are so friendly, every restaurant was clean, the food tasted great, lots of variety to choose from! Great job!

We tried the rock-climbing wall, pool, fitness center, and spa the most. My family loved everything. Clean and friendly staff.

I liked the layout and design of the ship. The common areas were very clean and very well maintained. The only bad experience with the ship was my shower in my room. It made a loud screaming sound when in use.

The room was a bit small for 3 people to move around. But we made it work. It was very cozy and the room was very clean and very well maintained. The only bad experience was my shower in my room. It made a loud screaming sound when in use. Our steward was amazing! Chris was so friendly and helpful. We loved him! He’s a great asset to your team.

Get ready for a good time. Just sit back and relax!
The port was fine. Your staff really needed to be out there directly people to the free shuttle buses. It was so insane. People were pushing and mobbing the buses. I felt so bad for people with small babies in a stroller or luggage. The experience was horrible.
