Overall loved it, booked for another next year. NCL does a great job, the service was wonderful.
Embarkation

Our start was not great, some of our cards would not work at the entrance to embark. No one took any leadership and allowed the number of people with card problems to pile up. I had to request an employee to get assistance. It took close to 45 minutes more to resolve. I was group 3 to get on and I eventually got on with group 30. We had to rush to wait. After aboard ship - all was good.

Food and Dining

Buffets were good, main dining room was not great, with the exception of the Teppanyaki, the specialty restaurant food was mediocre. The service everywhere was top-notch and the crew was wonderful. Everyone was polite, engaging and attentive. 5+ stars for service!!!!
While I wasn't over impressed with he food, I enjoyed each dinner.

Fitness center was wonderful. Great equipment. Yu cant beat running on a treadmill and looking out at the ocean. Spin class was very good. Trainers knowlegeable and pleasant. Spa facility was great. Loved bowling- we had so much fun! Pools were small- but to be expected. Hot tubs were great.

Everyone from the porters, room stewards, wait staff were top-notch. The service was great. Also a wonderful group of personnel, thye all work very hard and were incredibly pleasant!

I had a solo room, midship. I loved my room, with the exception that the shower was a little small. My room was comfy and cozy!!!
Ship tip
Have fun!!!! I never cruised before and I loved it. I went with my college friends and had a great vacation. I loved our ports.
My one tip would be pay for the cabana on Stirrup lsland, it is really special and there is no waiting and private.
Dunns River Falls- while extremely crowded was wellw orth the adventure. Would do it again. Bamboo Beach was beautiful too! Grat execursion. Some people complained about Dunns River Falls _ I love dit.
Our tender out to Isal Passion, I did not feel was safe. The tender/ferry was held together wiht poor fiberglassing and duct tape. Everytime we hit a significant wave, I watched a crack increase in size. The Isalnd was beautiful and I loved it and the ferry back was fine.
