Love Norwegian because of the laid back atmosphere and not so much a party ship. I do think this particular one could liven up a bit though.
Embarkation

Embarkation was fine. Lines at the terminal were very long but that isn't Norwegian's issue. The one thing I would say about Norwegian Epic is that the exciting energy when boarding wasn't there on this ship. I have previously cruised the Dawn and there were tons of crew members greeting you as you boarded, lots of lively music.

Food was good, what i have come to expect on a cruise. The service was ok, not nearly as friendly as previous Norwegian ships.
The Manhattan Room

Food was great in this venue. We had a wonderful assistant waiter, which in my opinion should have been the lead waiter.
Onboard Activities

There didn't seem to be many activities that weren't also set up to sell you something on this ship. We did do a couple of trivia's and origami.
Entertainment

The shows were good, the bands outside of the main Epic other than Siglo were blahhh.

Very clean, I did notice lots of cleaning during port days-especially the casino which i do appreciate.
