Review summary

We enjoyed the Lack of time demands; friendliness and efficiency of staff; laundry specials; life boat training (held inside); because there were three other cruise ships all disembarking at the same time, port authority delayed us getting off ship!, thus a long process and only 4 people stamping passports, thus a long process. Taxis and busses overwhelmed!!

Disappointed in buffets (lack of imagination); same breakfast choices every day! Evening buffets (lack of imagination). Desserts looked great but had no taste! No Captain's dinner!!

Hypnotist was great; early comedy shows tasteful but room much too small to accommodate guests, so many couldn't get in.

Too dark! We had Interior room ( intentionally as it was transatlantic) but lack of lighting! Felt like a cave! And there were very few places to go where it was quiet (to read); obvious choice was library but very, very limited seating!!

Ship tip

Ship is large, so safe. But buffet very disappointing so go to dining room (no extra charge unless you upgrade).; food is okay, nothing to write home about. Freestyle dining so you can go when you want to go. No assigned seating. Very surprised that captain wasn't more involved
