Review summary
All I can say is, when you have to go to a Box Office on the ship to get tickets for a free show, or call a number that no one ever answers, or go on your TV in your cabin only to find out all the shows are sold out, and you have to go through the TV in your room or some touchscreen to reserve a Tender time, which aren't times, they are letters, you have too many people on your ship AND IT CEASES TO BE A VACATION! That was my takeaway from sailing on the Norwegian Epic. I needed an extension cord. On all my other cruises I simply asked the cabin steward and he brought me one. On the Epic, you have to stand in line at Guest Services forever to "rent" an extension cord "if there are any available" and if it's not returned, there is a $36 fee. Just a bad experience after a couple of nice NCL cruises. Not sure if it's NCL or just the huge ship but didn't really feel like vacation. O'Sheehans was awesome!

Ship tip
Don't sail on the Epic if you are in desperate need of R&R. Having to reserve tickets to a free show is not my idea of R&R.
