Review summary
The cruise ship is a grand size but we were disappointed with a few things.
"Free 24/7 Pizza" is not actually free. You have to have it delivered to your room with a $3.95 US charge added each time plus 18% gratuity. They do have pizza in the afternoon or early evening but if you feel like pizza late at night that's an added charge.
We bought the endless pop package but found we had to trick the staff in approaching us at the bars. We would hide our cups until they approached and then we would get service. We felt they more interested in serving those that wanted "real" drinks.
Our room steward Dante was the best. Any small need was looked after and he was so pleasant all the time. I would have to say that all of the staff were pleasant and seemed to want to genuinely make sure we were enjoying our cruise. The ship was at full capacity which kept the staff busy but nobody was unpleasant and I give them credit as I'm sure they were tired and run off their feet.
The food is only average. The menu never changed throughout the week and we wish we could have tried various dishes.
We would have signed up for the ship tour on the Saturday but again there was a "fee" to be a part of this group. I felt this was cheeky and an unnecessary charge.

Ship tip
Bring extra hangers. They have quite a few in each room but a few extra is always needed. As well, bring a closet freshener. You will know what I mean when you open the doors. Packing your bathing suit in your carry-on is a must as your suitcase will most likely not be there before supper.
