We have sailed NCL for 15 years, 29 NCL cruises, always receive excellent service. We just love the crew, have met so many and it is such a joy to see them over and over!

Cagneys, Onda, Ocean Blue were all great. Garden cafe for breakfast, always good, crew was always helpful and friendly! Manhattan was great too!

Nice cabin, balcony was much larger than this level room we have had in other ships. Lived three balcony when the waves were big, great photos! Room steward was awesome!

Ship tip

Explore the ship, there is so much to see and do. If a show is full, always go to stand by line, we always get in, especially towards the end of the cruise. The crew is so attentive! Can't wait to sail Encore in September 2020! NCL is the best!
