Yes they do, I've sailed twice(Gem&Pearl) this year and sailing again very soon. The Glow Party is an NCL Signature event!

I follow a NCL Encore FB group and someone a couple days ago posted the most recent sailing's Daily newsletters and glow party was listed on Day 6
