Review summary
Sailed on the Dream on May 17 out of Dover. The ship was in excellent condition. the cabins were big with lots of closet space and plenty of hangers. The sitting area was a plus . Had room for everything. The bathroom provided shelf space which was very helpful and useful. I enjoyed the concept of Freestyle cruising. However, I thought the Bistro (which you pay for) Restaurant was a bit over rated. My only complaint was with the food. Not the type of food, but that it was never served hot. It was always on the cool/warm side. The Buffet breakfast, the hot food was never hot. Cold eggs, cold bacon, cold pancakes. It didn't matter which dining room you were in. The SportsGrill was a mess. The food was presented in a not to applealing manner and also was never hot. some times they had a partial buffet and other times there was none except for finger sandwiches. Bar prices were a little high as compared to other ships. The entertainment was good with a nice variety. The staff was excellent whether it was the room steward or the purser or the help around the ship.Ship experiences
