The cleanliness of the boat was superb. We notice every section of the boat to be well supervised.

had cruised before and didn't like that it was too structured. i liked that ncl was more casual and free-style and yet still offered the traditional way of cruising for those who wanted (it gave my family the choice of choosing either or or both). the ship was a little small, but that was ok. the entertainment was amazing and the staff seemed to really enjoy being there, from the cruise director to the wait staff. would definitly do it again (incl the $12 tip)

My family and I had a great time. The food was great. You really know how to please. The entertainment was amazing. Every show was a delight and very enjoyable. Loved the comedian. He is just so good and he made us so very happy. The ship is very clean and well maintained. Very organized and everyone was very corteous and willing to help. My gratitude and best wishes to all. Hope to see you soon.

Although large the 2 day voyage to Bermuda can be taxing. Since there is no where to go, it seems that all 2700 passengers are at the pool for the 2 days. There are other things to do on the ship however, but something is missing and I just haven't put my finger on it...

The people on the Norwegian Dawn go out of their way to see that you are catered to. The ship was clean, there was great food and plenty of it. The entertaining was fantastic.

It is quite remarkable that so many wonderful and capacious restaurants, bars, and theaters can be arranged on a ship. The staff did an impressive job keeping it clean - so much of their work is invisible.

I was pleased with this ship based on its age. It has been very well kept and the crew on board worked hard everyday to keep that up.

The experience on the ship was wonderful and the service was great, the french restaurant Le Bistro was wonderful and I would highly recommend the cruise to anyone. The only sad aspect to the trip was the NCL workers at the port that directed you into lines, a few of them were VERY rude and made you feel like cattle, they yelled at most of the passangers to "sit down" or "stay in line and keep walking" it was very sad to see and not the best impression NCL should be leaving on their customers. Just sad to see people treat customers (or anyone) in that manner. They treated people like cattle and all they were missing was the cattle prod. The cruise itself was wonderful! Great activities, great music, wonderful shows. We booked another trip while on board, we'll just never take the boat leaving out of NY due to those NCL port agents, just an awful sight to see how they treated those people and it really casted a shadow over our trip :(

Large, clean ship with tons of amenities and things to do. Warm, helpful international staff, always willing to go the extra mile. Nice shows, good music playing at all times and the freestyle aspect of the ship was great!

When we got into our cabin, there was a major leak over the toilet. Called reception and no answer. Had to walk down and wait in line to talk with someone. Leak was fixed ASAP and we received a f/u phone call next day which I thought was good. A little difficult understanding lay out of ship. We have been on many cruises and never had such a hard time finding our way around the ship. Food was excellent in the main dining rooms! Ate at the Mexican and Italian restaurants, both good but Italian restaurant was very loud. Entertainment was fabulous. Although it rained 5 out of 7 days we had a good time and would go again.

Our family really enjoyed ourselves. We will return to NCL.

This was our first cruise on NCL, having cruised six previous times, once on Princess and five on Royal Caribbean. The concept of "free-style" was a joke, we could not get reservations for when we wanted them in the dining rooms, so we would wait 30-45 minutes to be seated. Dining service was spotty, servers seemed way overworked so we felt bad asking for something. Food was mediocre. We paid $100 for soda cards and the bar staff almost rolled their eyes when we would ask for one.

The ship was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were roomy and clean and the kids center and pool were wonderful. There was something for everyone of all ages. The only downfall was not docking in Hamilton, thereby having to either take a bus or ferry anywhere you want to go. Otherwise - a wonderful trip - I would highly recommend it.

Excellent staff--especially the housekeeping department. Very relaxing time. The nightly shows were outstanding--especially the Jenn Ryan dance company--and the coffee was REALLY good.

Ship was clean

THE SHIP WAS BEAUTIFUL cABINS WELL MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES DINING ROOMS LOVELY AND WELL STAFFED AND BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, STAFF EXCEPTIONAL THE ONLY DRAWBACK TO THE DECOR: DUSTY PERMA PLANTS!!

I have been on 5 previous cruises this one being the first on NCL. They have two main "free resturants" in quotes because I paid for my cruise which included food. The other five resturants you have to pay for. The two main resturants have the same menu every night with the exception of the chefs special which changes daily. I have a family of four and found it terrible that I had to pay $15.00 per person $60.00 total to eat at the Bamboo which is Asian. I could have had that at home for the same price. The steak house is $25.00 a head and if you want to order a "Chefs Special there is an additional cost of another $25.00. The itailian is $10.00 per person. I will never cruise or recommend NCL. Instead of Freestyle is should be called pay to eat.

The ship was great.

They didn't explain their rules to the fullest so a person could understand, they over charged us extra fees, and the people at the customer service desk were very rude.
