Food was just OK, even in the resturants we paid for ! To use there indoor pool there was a $150 charge, unacceptable!!

The ship itself is beautiful and kept in immaculate condition.

We cruised the Norweigen Dawn. I was impressed with the ship. It is a beautiful, clean, open and wonderful ship.

This was our second cruise on the NCL Dawn. Back in 2002 the ship was amazing., In 8 years things have changed a lot. The food and the entertainment were average. The old comedian Dave is past his "sell by date". The casino is badly run.

We had a great time but this was only our second cruise and we compared to our first cruise - which only went up the New England coast for 7 days - on Princess line. Princess far exceeded the Norwegian Dawn in regard to food and service. That's not to say that there weren't a few outstanding crew members! One big !!!!! note - do not take the 9 beaches excursion! The place was a dive. Staff at the resort was invisible, all was closed up. If you are expecting lunch or bar service - forget it. Not that we thought it would be included but we did think that we were going to a resort with availabilty of food and drinks for purchase to hang out for the afternoon. The two guys that brought the guests over on the boat from the ship to the resort were terrific! Very nice, informative and funny - they were a pleasure. All said and done we had a wonderful cruise - horseshoe bay beach beautiful! Frog and Onion pub - fun, Hamilton - expensive. Bermuda is just beautiful!

The ship is very clean and well maintained. We were on Deck 11 and there were crew working on the pipes in the ceiling. Crew members were painting or varnishing the decks.

the best part was the excitement of my friend who i traveled with. this was her first cruise andshe is ready to go again.

This ship had the WORSE and we mean the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Our experince on the Norwegian Dawn was very good. We enjoyed the Freestyle cruising for being relaxed and unstructured. The organization was good but the casino leaves a lot to be desired. It was usually empty and we have been on many cruises. Onboard shopping was not interesting. But the personnel was excellent. Good service and happy people.

We booked a balcony suite which was excellent, lots of room and storage. The price was only a little more than regular balcony and well worth it. The ship itself is elegant, public rooms top notch. Service very good. The open dining concept needs a bit of tweaking, the maitre d wouldn't let me make dinner reservations for the evening and several times, (most times), there was a wait. This was the regular dining room, not the speciality restaurants, they were pretty easy to get reservations. The buffet was fine for breakfast but pretty generic for lunch. When the dining room wait was excessive one evening we ate at the buffet and it was not great. Old Country Buffet does a better job. Shows were good, housekeeping excellent. This was our second NCL cruise.

THIS WAS THE WORSE SHIP WE HAVE EVER BEEN IN THE STAFF IS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

The Norweigan Dawn is a beautiful ship. Very clean and all staff were 100% Sorry to miss the Fall colors - who can control nature.

I have been cruising for many years and used NCL many times but this time was the worest experience I have every encounter. From nasty attitude from waiter to poor client services. The parents were the life guards instead the real life was sitting down texting on his phone sitting behind the water slide in the T-rex area.

My experience on the Dawn was mediocre at best. The Dawn offers 13 restaurants but only 3 are included in the cost of your cruise. You will need to spend out of pocket for the others. The service is really slow in the 3 included restaurants, so don't go there too hungry. Your onboard account is charged $12 per day per person (over 3 years old) as a tip for your room steward and for your waiter or waitress. My sheets were never changed (I know this because my son got ice cream on them the 1st night) and I never had the same waiter twice (so who gets the tip?). Autogratuity is charged to your bar bill everytime. The Kids Crew staff all have aliases (i.e. Elmo, Aqua, Muddy) so you never learn the name of the person watching your kids. My kids went to the Crew every day, but by day 7, The Crew still did not know both of my kids' names. Room service took well over an hour to deliver and, despite being informed 3 times that I have a nut allergy, sent up nut products (such as brownies and rocky road cookies) instead of the chocolate chip cookies that were requested. I highly recommend seeking out another cruise line.
