The balcony room was awesome! The ship was really clean. Great food and entertainment. Friendly and professional staff.

This was a great ship for first time cruisers. Everyone on staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend that you eat most of your meals at the Aqua or Venetian. The food there is excellent. It may take more time than the buffet but is worth it. Make sure you get to the pool deck early to "save" your spot because it fills up extremely fast.

This was our first cruise and I was pleasantly surprised. We brought our children with us and they had a great time. Plenty of activities and the freedom to take off on their own enhanced the experience.

Over all the enlargement done was a benifit however the elevators are very slow and always stuck on a floor

everything was fun, the rooms were a bit small. there should be disgnated smoking areas to protect the non smokers from the second hand smoke. some excursions were not worth the money.

I will definitely do this cruise again. My husband and I and our 14-year-old son went with a group of 12 people. My son had his own teen agenda and we didn't see him from morning until midnight. There was so much to do!

The staff is wonderful, plenty of activities for everyone. Smoke can be an issue in the pool area, slightly enclosed and difficulty getting away from second hand smoke, same scenario in the casino. the ship is large, lots of walking. Had a nice time, went with a group of family members. Crew was always willing to please. The entertainment was just okay.

Overall it was good. Would rather see one chef's special and a different menu everynight, like on caravial. Sometimes the waiters forgot we were there. Too many kids, especially in resturants (kids under 7). Otherwise, liked our room and the service. Hard to hear overhead. The lifeboat requirement was a joke. I didn't understand anything except I went to section N-1

Ship turned out to be a great place for 3 families to come together and spend time together.

THE SHIP WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. THE FREE STYLE EATING WAS ENJOYABLE. THE EXCITEMENT OF THE SHIP WAS UNBELIEVABLE. JUST DISAPPOINTED AT THE HEAVY DRINKING AT THE POOL . MY FAMILY COULD NOT ENJOY THE USE OF POOL OR HOT TUBS WITH THE OTHER PASSENGERS DRINKING AND SPILLING THEIR DRINKS IN THE POOL AND HOT TUBS,PLUS THE SMOKING IN THE POOL AND HOT TUBS WAS ANNOYING

Very nice.

There were young people who had unlimited access to alcohol. Parents enabled these young people to do anything they wanted to do. The crew of the ship were lax in their control of these young people.

My husband and myself were so disapointed with Norwegian Dawn..first I ws told all the wrong informatin all the time..from what was on the ship to what someone could wear..Too many drinking teens and there wasn't anything just for 30's and over!! we coudsn't even get in the pool area because of this>THe dance area also was so disappointing... We never even saw our Room attendant.We had ot keep callingling frront desk for Towels and Room service..,,The worse problem was my room ws filmthy..had to have it cleaned when we arrived>>

The ship was very clean and the cabins very comfortable. This cruise is very good value and a good vacation. Very convenient boarding at Boston port, no flight necessary. Minimal hassle. Vacation starts on Day 1. No stress involved with security or customs boarding or disembarking in Bermuda or Boston.
