Top notch service, clean, friendly

very clean and friendly

The ship is fair, one pool for the entire adult cruise, one for kids, but its for small children. The food was fair at best, everything seemed to be highly processed and salty. The cruise industry seems to be more interested in efficiency than a one of a kind of experience. If you have never cruised before then this may be a great experience, for people who have cruised before its somewhat disappointing.

This was the first long distance cruise for my husband and myself. We traveled from Black Falcon Pier in Boston. We were surprised that our stateroom on the Norwegian Dawn was rather small. The balcony was not as private as we hoped since we could hear conversations from fellow passengers on both side of us. Our suite was clean. The room service was excellent. We thought that paying $12 per day per person for tips was extreme. The adult pool was much too small and very overcrowded to the point of being almost dangerous at peak times. The nightly entertainment was fun and quite good. This was the best part of the cruising experience. The restaurants were clean, efficient, and provided an abundance of delicious and well prepared food. We were disappointed with the Offshore excursions that we selected from the Cruise ship. The Bermuda Island bus tour was too long and too expensive; the Swizzler Catamaran Sunset sail lacked comfortable seating and space for the number of people on board. In contrast, we took the ferry from Heritage Wharf in Bermuda to Hamilton. We enjoyed the ride and our visit to Hamilton. The price for the ferry was $8.00 per person round trip which was fair and the seating was adequate. The staff on the Norwegian Dawn was friendly and helpful.

This was the most wonderful experience in a cruise. I never thought has so most fun and well treated.

The ship was ok, not impressed with it at all! It was too small! And only one pool? For 2000 people?!Really???

Pool area poor. Ampitheatre style seating awful. Otherwise the ship is average. Rooms were pretty good, though.

The entire crew aboard the ship was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. The Captain was available and personnelable to speak to. The beaches in Bermuda was outstanding.

Food was excellent. The staff and waitresses were superb.

The ship was great nice and clean and the crew couldn't do enough for us. The entertainment was excellent. Thank You for a beautiful week

We enjoyed just about everything we experienced on the cruise. The dining experiences rated between good and very good, with at least one excellent experience; pretty impressive when you consider that the ship is feeding 2800 people three times a day. Activities were plentiful with something for everyone. Entertainment, both featured shows and lounge acts all over the ship, were first class. The crew were exceptional; everyone we encountered was friendly, solicitous and helpful. Bermuda was as enjoyable a place to visit as ever, whether beaching, touring or shopping (and we had time for all three). We are definitely converts to Freestyle Cruising.

The ship was difficult to get around. Many dead ends or areas where you had to turn around to get to your destination! It's an older ship and is need of an upgrade. The bathrooms were horrible and the buffet needs to have a better presentation

Great shows and entertainment..The weather was perfect at Bermuda.The beaches were gorgoreous. The food at the main restaurants were really delicious especially the seafood. We had great fun..Wonderful holiday..

The ship was clean and orderly with a freindly crew. Some of the chairs and carpets were showing some age, but overall the ship is in great shape.

This was our third cruise to Bermuda (1ST on Norwegian). No rock wall, mini-golf, movie theater, ice rink, etc. Pool was very small. Will not go with NCL again.

Every thing seemed very clean. Workers were friendly. Food was awesome.

I took my parents and sister, who were visiting us in summer, to cruise to Bermuda. They really enjoyed the cruise. It was their dream vacation.
