The ship was well appointed. Comfortable cabin. Good elevator service. No negatives in this regard.

This is a very nice cruise. NCL does a great job. The workers are helpful. Food is good. Bermuda is beautiful and there a lots of fun things to do there.

The Bermuda cruise was amazing!

This is our second Boston to Bermuda cruise and this one was at full capacity. Considering that the ship did not feel crowded at all. The only draw back on this ship is the small pool an hot sea days. Did the Aft Facing Penthouse on this cruise and I have to say I'm hooked! The service and amenities included with the Suite are well worth the extra money. Ate at Cagney's (included) for lunch and breakfast every day and was not disappointed.

The whole cruise was more informal than we are used to. Missed the chocolates on our pillows each night!

Beautiful ship, great food, great shows, awesome cabin stewards, very clean and well organized crew.we were out to sea longer than expected due to a hurricane but what a great time...

In my opinion, the ship was very clean, and the people that worked on that particular ship was very helpful and amazing. Keep up the awesome job!!! :)

All in all a GREAT vacation! The crew is amazing - so friendly and always smiling and helpful. The food is really good - lots of choices. Cagney's and Le Bistro (both of which are extra $) are well worth the price. The other \"free\" restaurants are good too - Aqua is more casual and The Venetian is a little dressier - both have fantastic food. You definitely won't go hungry - and if you do, it's your own fault! Just stay away from the Blue Lagoon, it's comfort food but not very good. Ariel was our room steward and he was FABULOUS! Was ready to stow away when we arrived back home, but didn't want to deprive others of the fun!

It was spotless! Even the public bathrooms were spotless. The crew were the best and friendliest people ever. The rooms were well taken care of. It was my first cruise and I would definetly cruise Norweigan again. We were diverted due to a hurricane but I feel the Captain did what needed to be done so we could go to Burmuda like we signed up to. We spent one additional day at see and the weather was fantastic. The meals were five star meals every time and even the smaller cafe style restaurants were the best. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the staff. The shows at night were excellent. I loved every minute of this cruise.

What wonderful, fun-filled vacation cruise. We had an amzing time and cannot wait to book a return trip for next year. Met lots of great people.... Staff was incredibly attentive. Food was great... shows were fabulous!! Captan went out of his way to keep us from approaching hurricane. Spectacular weather... Bermuda was A-MAZ-ING!!!

The ship was clean. There were 11 places to eat on board and at least one of those was open 24 hours. The gathering areas were well laid out and did not interfere with any other venue going on at the same time. The staff was attentive to the passengers wants and gave excellent service

Praise to the Captain of the Dawn! Anticipated rough seas and bad weather, smooth seas and sunshine. Great charting!!! Also, excellent communication by the Captain keeping passengers informed about all aspects of trip. The crew must enforce \"no smoking\" areas, those of us who do not smoke were constantly subjected to violators in restricted areas. Breakfast at Venetian--excellent; dinners at Aqua and Venetian--fair at best. The shows at Stardust---very entertaining. Overall, an excellent experience! EPC/Walpole

The dawn is well maintained and clean throughout. The staff was polite, professional and very helpful. Food was hot and fresh. Venetian was excellent, wait staff where polite and pleasant and performed there jobs well. Le Bistro however the sauce tasted like it came from a can.

We recently sailed on the Norwegian dawn, it was our 45th wedding anniversary and it was our first cruise. Our experience on the ship was fantastic,execiting,rewarding and the best anniversary party. We loved the poolside, the food the showtime at night he crew were helpful and meeting our needs, the daily activites were thebest. Thank you again. judy and frank
