Totally disorganized management of every aspect of this cruise. Would not recommend. Got the impression that NCL could care less.

Totally disorganized. Everyone complained. Sat on a bus with no airconditioning for an hour with visions of COVID and FLU in my head.

nothing special but OK - service was horrible. Lines into the main dining room every single day - but when we finally entered there were many many empty tables so it was strange. In the French specialty restaurant the service was so slow we got up after 2.5 hours to see the show. In the Brazillian restaurant we got there early around 5:30-6 and the buffet was such a mess we called the manager right then.

Dated, dirty public washrooms - on one day that there were hundreds of peope waiting in the entertainment area for excursions that were delayed due to fog the rest rooms near here were beyond disgusting.

Horrible overpriced, could not hear or understand the guide with very poor PA system. Windows dirty - honestly we feel RIPPED OFF because after the cruise we had absolutely incredible fantastic excursions from a red bus company within Capetown for 1/4 the price

Ok, I must have been on a different cruise than 😂 I was there too and felt it differently. Ok, embarkation and disembarkation was a nightmare, I agree on that. Ship is old and rusty but when you book you knew this. The rest I can’t agree. Cruise excursions through the ship are always expensive why bother booking them and then complain about it.
Pjweth, your comment is spot on. There are people who either aren't happy unless they are complaining about everything or this review is very questionable. I dont understand how people can complain so much while on a cruise. If you can't have a good time on a cruise, then cruising just isn't for you, stick to land based resorts.
Getting tired of "experienced cruisers " boo hoo they don't get their way so everything goes to hell. You think by now they would know how to roll with the punches.
