Review summary

Overall cruise was okay, not the best we have been on. NCL’s extremely poor communications on embarkation delays left a sour taste in a lot of peoples mouth. I even called NCL during the delay and the contact denied there was any delay. There own people did not know either.

Ship was 12 hours late due to several reasons beyond their control. However NCL did NOTHING to let us know what was going on even though they knew the night before.

was on same cruise. awful ncl handling of situation. nothing to do with making it better with a good attitude. that is just saying i am not worthy of saying i was not treated as a customer. my fault. i enjoyed being on the ship but it was not up to sniff as they say. average cruise at best with an awful start that was ncl s fault. period

The customer service representative rarely know what’s going on with any cruise lines. It’s interesting that another reviewer on the same sailing said the cruise far exceeded their expectations. I guess it depends on attitude.
