Nice ship, awful service, food...so so. Fun people, wouldn’t cruise on it again.

Review summary

Been on many cruises, this being the worst, as far as service. Many veteran cruisers, I talked to on board, felt the exact same way! Norwegian has never been my favorite cruise line and I thought I’d give it one more try, never again! There is a reason that celebrity, RCC, Princess...cost more, it’s worth it!

Small pool, cold and jam packed! Good entertainment.

Very slow at the pool area bars, about 2 waiters taking orders around the pool, again, very slow and beer not cold. The best service, and it was very good, was at the casino!

Ship Quality

Restrooms at the pool and casino could been cleaned more often. Toilets were full and wouldn’t flush at times, no toilet paper, soap and paper towels empty at times, and trash was overflowing!

Cabin / Stateroom

Clean, comfortable with an awkward layout. We had a bunk that made it impossible to see the tv unless you were out of bed and stood in front of it.

Go on a different ship!!!!

Our 3rd time on Dawn, this past April. SO disappointed! The decline in EVERYTHING really surprised us. Probably won't sail NCL again.

Sorry to read you didn't like the Dawn, I hope NCL is taking notes as these reviews go live. I agree the pool is way to small for the amount of people on board. I don't use the bars so I didn't take notice of the service. I did like Jodie the CD and I found the crew to be very friendly, the officers could be friendlier though, security staff was excellent.

So sorry to here this. That is one thing we thought was great when we were on there on how much it looked like they were taking care of the elderly and with those with disabilities.
