Review summary

Overall it was a good cruise on a smaller ship. Should have had free bottled water in room rather than paying $6 a bottle. Bottled water not included in drink package. Our safe was locked when we got to our room, and they could not open it because they didnt have the tool. So we could not lock our passports and extra money. Did not like that situation at all.

Ship was clean but felt we were in a maze at times going from one end of ship to other end

Clean, large shower for a ship, good water pressure, comfortable bed

Have fun and enjoy your cruise. Don’t expect top of line experience but more middle of the road experiences.

A lot of people writing about this safe thing. On Cruise Critics everyone saying it Saying there is a few hundred busted. Esp the white ones. They better fix this quick..this is a HUGE DEALBREAKER. And I leave on her in 2 months. Get your stuff together Norweigan.

Somehow I doubt that they did not have the "tool" to unlock safe. Something else going on here.
