Embarkation was going smootly until they called to many groups at too close of an interval. Hundreds of people were just standing and waitig to get onto the ship at the same time.

The food at the upcharge steakhouse was fabulous! The food in the MDR was medocre at besst. We found ourselves at O'Sheehan's the most due to tastless food at the buffett.

Staff seemed hurried and overworked. There seemed to be too great a ratio between staff and guests.

Ship layout is the worst of any cruise I have been on (20). It is well maintained however and kept very clean throughout.

Cabin / Stateroom

This was one of the best inside cabins we have ever had on a cruise. Very roomy for two, plenty of storage and it was very conveniently located near O'Sheehan's where we ate the majority of our meals and cocktails.

Ship tip

Don't get frustrated by this ships odd layout and have a great time! You're on a vacation and that's what it's all about!! Enjoy and use your ship map.

Food was good no mater where you ate at. Don't get too bothered by all the MANY vendors trying to sell their trinkets. They have to make a living.

Always love this port. NCL docks at the best port in Cozumel. So many shops and snorkeling excursions to choose from.

Yup I like your attitude, try even though it might be hard to enjoy yourself. Hell if things take a bit longer than you expect do something or go somewhere else, yup even on a ship there is something else to do or go.
