Review summary

Boat smelled of cigarette smoke. There were very few activities in the ship. Corporate has NO concearn for customer service. Norwegian is terrible. Don’t go. Book a different line

Ship tip

Don’t go if you don’t smoke cigarettes. Don’t go if you don’t like people who can’t handle their alcohol. Crew and food was amazing but that’s the only highlight

What do you say to this? It is bollocks the boat smelled of cigarette smoke!! First of all it isn’t a bloody boat and second where do you expect those disgusting smoke smoking to go?

For OP I suggest you do not cruise period or charter your own ship. You can please most of the people some of the time but some people can't be pleased at all.

Been cruising NCL 7 times and always had wonderful service! Been on RCL and Carnival once and it was ok. Hope you will enjoy your next cruise😉

Unless you only cruise Disney, you will find complaints like this on EVERY sailing, EVERY cruise line, EVERY ship.

Would not cruise NCL again regardless of destination - disappointed on many levels even thou expectations were reasonable and I'm not a normal complainer type, but a appreciative and glass half full person
