Review summary
Bermuda was amazing and well worth the trip, but we were not prepared as to how the ship has only 1 pool and 2 maybe 3 very small hot tubs for close to 2500 people! We also were front witness to a medical emergency in the casino, which my husband was helping a young guy in his 20's who had started having a seizure. During this time, NOT ONE employee came over to see what the problem was or how this person was. They called for the medical team, but kept playing the game and kept the table going and never even acknowledged what was going on while the whole table was tending to the young person who needed medical attention. It was quite bizarre and unsettling to say the least.Embarkation

Ship tip
Be prepared that there is only one pool and two small hot tubs on board for close to 2500 people. On days that we were at sea, it was impossible to even get in the pool and there were children some as young as 3 or 4 taking over the hot tubs to which no one from Norwegian cared to enforce the policy. Two days prior to the cruise ending, the pool was dark and had a greasy film over the top.
