Review summary
First of all, I would not recommend this cruise line, or cruise ship to anyone... we picked a suite that we liked, then was asked if we would be interested in upgrading our cabin if one became available. We said yes, but never heard back from anyone, until we received a withdrawal from our bank account for $1500 dollars. We called the cruise line to find out what the fee was. They told us it was for our upgrade that we never approved. They never allowed us to see the new suite or decide if we wanted to make the switch. When we arrived to our suite, it wasn't cleaned. There was ballon ends and tape all over the ceiling from the previous guests. There was finger prints all over the mirrors and televisions. Our Suite that caused us an extra $1500 dollars was below the main entrance above us going in and out of the pool area. Needless to say we barely slept because of the noise. We continued to complain but of course nothing was done. I have traveled on many cruise lines in the past. They were all amazing with nothing but four or five stars on all reviews. I am still trying to catch up on my sleep.Embarkation

Ship tip
Don't do it. It was the worst cruise line and ship I've ever been on. They make you pay for things that you never get.the boat is dirty.
