Review summary

Love to travel but unfortunately will not use Norwegian again. Started off first being denied the use of our voucher from twin river, was told week was not part of voucher BUT I met about 5 couples who used their free cruise voucher.

Deck shuts down between 8-830pm. One pool for all the passengers.

Been on other cruise lines where staff is always friendly and fun, here your lucky to get a good morning. Had an issue with our cards and had to deal with customer @4 times in two days. Finally asked for a supervisor which he never went to get for us.

Comfort?? Lol the mattresses are like sleeping on concrete. Had to ask the gentleman cleaning our room to please take our empty bottles and cups.

Ship tip

Never give your debit card to secure the room!! They place a hold on your account without informing you of amount. And it takes 30 days for funds to be release( but takes them two seconds to hold your money)

I know it doesn't make your experience less annoying but all vouchers are not created equally even if distributed on the same day by the land casino..... depending on your play level etc they will have less black out periods or cruises available etc. I've been to Twin River and compared vouchers side by side and there can be a huge difference in offers.

awful cruise state roon above their nightclub, keep up every night till 3 am with loud music and base viberating in room , complain to service desk nothing done wasted 1800 dollars

Bathroom smelled like Urine when first entered the cabin
