Review summary

Most cruise ships are in a different port every day and that can be hectic.  But the Dawn sits in Bermuda for three days which allows you to take your time to see and do what you want without having to rush back to the ship.  For seniors and couples with little ones, this is ideal.  I actually love being in a different port every day but I brought my mom on this one and it was the perfect pace for her.  As always, the food is awesome, wonderful entertainment and the crew.....I can never say enough about how fantastic the Norwegian crews are !

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Compared to other Norwegian ships this buffet is very small but the Venetian dining room is huge, elegant and the food is outstanding.

We saw some really great shows and enjoyed many different types of music in several places.

Gorgeous !

Cabin / Stateroom

I like the inside cabin. It's simple but comfortable. There's enough room for two of us and we don't spend much time there.

Ship tip

It's just as much fun as a larger ship but it doesn't take long to learn your way around and you don't have to walk as far.

Ports of call

Boston, Massachusetts

My old stomping ground.....just took the commuter rail to South Station and got the Silver Line directly to the ship.
