Review summary

To start with, on our first morning there our bathroom flooded up through the bottom of the shower and the drain on the floor. water came up and flooded our entire room. for 3 days we had a blower in our room trying to dry the carpet. The room smelled from it all week long. I have a head cold from that... and Saturday our last day at Sea before we came home I ended up getting food poisoning needless to say I spent from 8 o'clock Saturday night until Monday morning at 4 a.m. throwing up and diarrhea. When I called to ask for medical help they told me it would cost me $200 to see the doctor and I would have to pay for any medicines that the doctor gives me. I don't think I will be going back on a Norwegian Cruise anytime soon. It was my first time on there and it was not very enjoyable.

Our room service housekeeper guy Steven was absolutely amazing he did everything he could to keep us comfortable when our room flooded. I never seen anybody else come down and talk to me about the room or come down and take care of the room at all

They should have shampooed the carpets after that happened and then put the blower in the room the room would have smelled much better
