Review summary

Best was the drink package...otherwise it was what we expected. Carnival has a better ship in this area but specialty restaurants were better here. They nickel and dime on most stuff but the drink and dining package was a nice perk. See ya next year.

The restaurants included with your fare have a limited menu. It's freestyle dining because your paying a surcharge to eat. The service charge is non-discretionary, mandatory whether your service was good or not. You don't have the same waiter and assistant if you eat at the included restaurants so there's no incentive for better service and better tips for a waiter that remembers how you like your tea or what appetizer you like.
