Review summary

We cruised this ship in 2008  and 2010.    They have reconfigured the pool deck to two smaller pools and more chaise lounges.   The second smaller pool looks like it belongs in a zoo somewhere!    The stateroom we had and the meals were exceptional though.   Since we did not leave the ship the pool area is important to us since I did not leave the ship do to a handicap.    That was the biggest disappointment.   Also, the cruise line seems to be milking every penny they can on the price of drinks!   Typical of the cruise industry!

Ship tip

Smaller ships much better than the large ones. You only have so much space on a pool deck!

When we sailed on the Dawn, we did not really notice that the pool was small, For the time we used it we always found room. Same could be said for the Hot Tubs,

We did enjoy the family cruise we had and found little to complain about but a great to deal to complement on.

The pool area seems to be a sore spot on many ships.  The pools are too crowded and there aren't enough  loungers.
