Review summary

We were disappointed with the quality of the food and the crew was not as friendly as the crew on other cruise ships we have traveled on. You have to walk through a smoky casino to get to some areas of the ship. And we hit a reef leaving Bermuda.

The pillows were terrible. We were not impressed with the soap and shampoo dispensers. Other cruise ships we have traveled on have supplied bars of soap and bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Ship tip

The quality of the food on the Norwegian Dawn was not as good as other cruise ships we have traveled on.

Lol I was on the Dawn the week before you and the food was awesome ! The crew all smiled and we're always helpful. Friends were on the same cruise as you and said the ship didn't miss a beat after hitting the reef.
