Review summary
the experience was thoroughly relaxing. The crew and service people very anxious to please. No attitude. Our favorite restaurant was the Venetian where we were seated promptly every evening. The salmon was excellent! The entertainment was acceptable. I had seen some of the same shows last year on the Boston to Bermuda trip. there should be a change of shows I believe. the piano player in the Gadsby lounge Ariel Jacobe,was excellent. I miss receiving the booklet on the ship services before sailing. I thought the idea of printing out your own baggage tags was ludicrous. However, our bags did arrive OK. The "grab your bag and walk off" is misleading by a long shot. Two thousand people dragging their bags over the decks is not that simple. All in all it was a good experience.Ship experiences
