Review summary
This was our second experience with Norwegian Cruise Lines. Our expectations were high and we were not dissapointed. From our arrival to the terminal on embarkation to leaving the ship a week later the service, cleanliness, food, entertainment and crew were all outstanding. A few glitches here and there but all in all a very pleasant cruise. Everyone wore a smile and went out of their way to assist with questions and solutions. A well trained and managed ship.Ship experiences

Pros: The "service with a smile". Even when we were ashore in Newport standing in line to buy a soda, one of the crew members who had the day off asked us how we were enjoying the cruise.
Cons: A few times we had to ask for service in the Venetian. But must admit the restaurant was filled up.
