Review summary

We have cruised on Carnival, Royal Carribean, and Holland, and found this ship to be smaller and older, but well maintained. We had an oceanview room, with a bathtub (lst time for a tub). There were four of us in our cabin, and although it was a little tight, we had plenty of storage space for our things. Our young adult children were disappointed in the size of the ship and although we knew it would be smaller than what we had cruised on in the past, we chose this ship because of the date and proximity to a graduation that we attended in Maryland.

Buy the transportion pass and use the ferrys and buses. It is very reasonable, $20 for a 2-day pass, and very reliable. It is a great way to see the island. We went to the lighthouse, and it was closed for climbing, but the view it still worth the climb up the hill. The ferry is very fast and clean. I would not pay to see the Cathedral Falls again. Although it was beautiful, it was not worth the money. We have much bigger and more beautiful caves in the states.

St. George's, Bermuda

St. Catherine's beach was on the ocean side and much larger than Tobacco. Both were beautiful and within walking distance of the ship.

Okay, but not enough there to spend a day. We rode the ferry back to Hamilton and got on a bus and toured additional areas. We did use the dine ashore voucher and ate at the Frog and Onion for lunch.
