Review summary

I was so excited about our trip to Bermuda. I have sailed with Norwegian before and was impressed that I decided to book again with them. The Norweigan Crown was the only Boat going to Bermuda that was going to be docked for a couple of days so I booked it. The day of my cruise I got to the port at noon because Norweigan tells all its lattitudes members that they can board the ship before the others. When I got there at noon the ship people inform people that the rooms will not be ready till 2pm. So here I am on the boat that is docked in nyc just sitting there being pressured to drink. At 2pm they make an announcement that all rooms are ready so I go to my room and find out that someone else is in my room. When I confront the 3 men and show them my ticket they get huffy and we all go to reception. At reception I find out that they double booked my room and these men are the cooks for the ship....Norweigan pretends to be very sorry about the situation and suggest they move ME to the 9th floor where the beds do not go together. I explain this is unacceptable and finally after 25mins of throwing a fit they kick the cooks out of my room and tell us our room will be ready in 30mins. So there I am again just sitting around waiting....When I get into my room it isnt bad. the beds are comfy. The ship begins its journey to Bermuda. For anyone who gets motion sick stick with a large ship. This ship is very small and the whole trip to Bermuda was bumpy. The Cruises director was very nice they tried to have many activities and shows. The food was TERRIBLE. They did offer a variety of food but each option tasted progressively worse. Bottom line.... I will think twice before booking with NOrweigan again... you should too....SAVE YOURSELF
